Orders and payment

For purchases made on RenegadePublishers.com, check your order confirmation email. If you used an account, sign in and open Orders. For help, email RenegadePublishers@gmail.com with your order number and the email used at checkout. Never send your password or card details.

Digital downloads

After payment is confirmed, use the download links in your order email. Check your spam folder if it has not arrived. Account holders can also find files under Downloads. PDF keeps the page layout; EPUB adjusts to your screen in a compatible ebook app.

The Collector’s extended interview

The full 4+ hour Peter the Roman interview is included exclusively with the Collector’s Box Set. Sign in with the account used at checkout, then open My Library and select the interview. It streams on the website; it is not a DVD or video download. A free account alone does not include the full interview.

Accounts and guest checkout

The Digital and Paperback Collections allow guest checkout. The Collector’s Box Set requires an account for interview access. Sign in with your email address or an existing username. If needed, reset your password.

Printing and shipping

Your paperbacks are printed to order by BookVault. Allow approximately 3–5 working days for printing and dispatch. Shipping time is additional and depends on your address and delivery service.

Individual hardcovers generally take 5–7 working days to print and dispatch.

Your Collector’s Box Set is made to order by BookVault in the UK. BookVault aims to dispatch box sets within 15 working days. Shipping time is additional and depends on your address and delivery service.

These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. Busy periods may take longer. Shipping charges are shown at checkout. Digital extras are available after payment, while the books are being made.

Purchases from other retailers

Buttons naming Amazon, Prophecy Watchers, Kunaki or another seller open that seller’s checkout. That retailer handles payment, delivery and returns. Follow the instructions in its order email.

Book proposals

Read our book proposal guidelines, then email your proposal to RenegadePublishers@gmail.com with “Submission” in the subject line. Book proposals are accepted by email only. We are not accepting film or video submissions.
