Pentagon Releases Sixth Batch of Declassified UAP Files
The Pentagon released a sixth batch of declassified and historical files related to unidentified anomalous phenomena, or UAP, on September 18.
CBS News reported that the release contains 71 files: 67 from the Department of Defense and four from local law enforcement in Colorado. The collection includes 55 PDF files, 15 video files and one audio file.
The material includes documents connected to a former military program that commissioned studies on subjects such as advanced propulsion, warp drives, wormholes and reported injuries associated with alleged encounters with unknown craft.
The existence of those studies does not establish that the proposed technologies or reported phenomena were proven to be real. The documents show what subjects were examined under the program.
The Defense Department said the files are being released through the Presidential Unsealing and Reporting System for UAP Encounters and that additional material will be released on a rolling basis.
